Everyone had arrived back to halow town. They were preparing to leave to where ever the wind took them. Kio was stroking Eva's hair as he dreamily looked at the night sky. Chris and Mel sat on the edge of the cliff everyone was on. Mark and Cassy, who were now dating and the only ones still in Collage, had their noses deep in their books studying for their courses next year. Marina was writing in her journal. Kayne was in some dark place and Ryan was tending the fire.
"So you two are going to live together in Boston?" Mark asked Chris and Mel
"Yeah" Mel replied, "I hope to earn a lot of money as a vet"
"That or with your wings you could join the circus" Cassy giggled.
"Even if the Circus rejects her I can make a bundle off of contracting" Chris laughed
"So Kio, Eva where are you going?" Cassy asked the couple.

" Chicago." Kio said. " Anyone know where Kayne's going?"
Eva asked. Kayne said nothing. " AHEM!" Kio cleared his throat.
" Why should I tell you?"
Everyone was talking about where they were going to go.
\" Will you all shut up?" Kayne yelled. " NO!" Ryan yelled back as he went to get more wood for the fire.

"Everyone I have a story to tell you all" Ryan said finally standing up, Mel looked at him with hopeful eyes as he nodded slightly, "I want to tell you why I'm so...adnormal."
He turned to look at Kio and Eva. Eva had Kio pinned to the ground and was attempting to pratically swallow him...up till Cassy walked over and dragged the older girl off.
"Ok..." Ryan mumbled, "Well um..."
*FLASHBACK*
Little 5 year old Ryan and his parents walked from the ally. Ryan and his dad were praticing riding a bike and his mom was watching. As the walked out two thugs grabbed Ryan's parents the thretened to kill them it they didn't let them take Ryan. The resisted, and were shot...
Ryan was took to a wearhouse where he and six other children were placed in pods. A man with a book stood in the center.
"Red giant ruler of the hellfire!" The man yelled as a demonic spirit appeared in one pod and the pod was lit on fire, "Desiple of everlasting ice!" in the next capsule a beautiful woman with pale blue skin appeared as the pod froze, "Severent of mother earth!" a hampster with a bow appeared and the 3rd pod filled with sand, "Hammer of godly lightning!" an ord of thunder appeared as the 4th pod pulsated with energy, "Maiden of the light!" A beautiful woman on a creasent mooon appeared and the 5th pod was engulfed in light, "Envoy from the dark abyss!" a man in black armor placed his hand on Ryan's shoulder and everything was black...
*END FLASHBACK*

Eva gasped looking at Ryan, "Like a sacrafice! Then how are you still here?"
"It's worse than that it wanted me to become Darkness" Ryan replied
"How'd you escape?" Eva asked
"That's the thing, I didn't" Ryan said as black wings like that of Mel's appeared on his back.
"Then..." Eva started to say as Ryan signaled for her to be quite
*Flash Back*
Ryan is now seven as he walks out of his pod. The room was dark but he was too. His body could convert to the ever changing shadows and fuse with them, control them...

" Wow... I wish I had an exiting life story like that....i'm sorry that happened, Ryan..."
Kio said sadly.
" Uh...Hey guys I gotta tell you all something too if you didn't know already, i'm an ice fairy!"
Marina exclaimed as she turned into the ice farie. " Kewl!" Kio said " Uh... I have a good twin!"
Everyone looked at Kio. " What?" Mel asked. " Everyone on the planet has a twin, i'm this guy's evil twin!"
Kio pulled out a picture bof a guy that looks exectly like him. " He's my good twin, he's a total saint!"
Everyone was like WTF?
"I have no special powers.... "^_^" Eva said dissapointed.
" Hmmm... You could someday, a comet or something could hit you and you could be in a coma then wake
up and have teleckenectic powers! That's what happened to my pal Dan"
" um... ok..." Eva said.
"Mew!" They all heard a kitten. " Where's that comming from? Mel said looking around.
" There!" said Cassy Kayne has a cat!"
a little black kitten with red eyes ran out. " RREEOOOWW!!!" It growled. It had a knife in it's mouth.
" AN EVIL CAT!" Chris yelled." Mel shot it with a tranquilizer gun. " Sorry Kayne that cat was ganna try
to destroy us all. " No problem..." Kayne sighed.

Ryan looked at them regretting he had to tell the rest of the tale.
"As I was saying..." He continued
*FLASHBACK*
Ryan stood there as ten people lept at him. The shadow of his body exspanded engulfing the enemies. He watched as their bodies fell into the infanate, dark abyss.
Two years later Ryan was shape shifing--
*!*
"Wait" Yelled Kio, "If you coulnd shape shift then why don't you ever!?"
Ryan assumed the form of a black Lion then lept onto Kio.
"Real enough?" He asked assuming his normal form.
"Yeah..." Kio wimpered
*FLASHBACK*
--They were running tests on him now. To see how freely he could exspan his powers. Everytime they didn't satusfy their exspectations they'd burn him with heavy light. He was the only child left form the origional six now... As he assumed his true form once again men in blue uniforms swarmed in. The police, they attacked and killed the bad people then abducted Ryan and took him to head quarters and immeditly located Mel's family. He was moved to their house the next day.
He had turned 10 a while ago and had been watching Mel. They were in a feild when Mel noticed she had one shadow too many. She got scared and attacked it.
"Shooting Star!" Mel yelled as yellow stars made of ice flew at Ryan, "Tractor Beam" Rings of light flew up from below Ryan and pushed him, now as a sacred raven, up and dropped him. "Blizzard!" Snow filled winds whipped at him knocking him around, "Meteor Storm!" Balls of fire rained on him as she begain to revert to his human form, "Anient Nova!" She yelled as an ord of Fire appeared and Burst into a huge inferno and he...died.

I stared at the ashes of my cosin. He wasn't avoiding me! He was protecting me. I wept and my finger nails glowed a warm glow. My strongest spell, Resserction. A light beamed down and he was revived
*Ryan and Mel*
and we've protected each other ever scence

" Wow...." Kio said.
" WHO WANTS MARSHMELLOWS!?" Kio yelled as he took out a bag of marshmellows.
Eva threw a brick at his head. " Ouch"
" This is supposed to be Mel and Ryan's moment! Eva yelled at Kio. " Ok..."
" Hey, Ryan can you shapreshift into anything? Even me?" Marina asked.

"Sure" Ryan replied as he became an Marina shaped Shadow and then gained the right colors.
"We have a confession too" Mel and Cassy said as their wings emerged from behind their back, "Every generation a family is chosen to give birth to two angels destin to save the world some day"
"And we are them" Cassy announced, "Other than the wings we gain no real powers and we don't know what to do..."

Kio sat down by the fire and roasted marshmellows. " Actually i'm in the mood form some myself."
Marina said and sat down next to Kio and ate marshmellows.
Then out of no where, Zelos came in surrounded by girls. " Now, now settle down my cute hunnies."
Everyone looked at him. Then he ran away. Then Everyone sat by the fire and roasted marshmellows.

Chris looked out at the others and sighed, "This is the last night for a long time that we'll see each other..." He moaned, "Look the suns rising!"
"It's beautiful!" Eva yelled.
"Kind of like life..." Ryan said, "No matter how dark your life it there'll always be a sun shining through"
The group packed up their camp. Kio and Eva left for Chicargo, Mel and Chris to boston. Ryan and Marina didn't really have any where to go so they just traveled together. Mark and Cassy went back to collage. They never truely left halow town because the memories the made live on to this day and their lives will always be connected, oh and Kayne, he lives in the janator's closet at JFK, you know the one with the broken light, second floor, yeah that one.

I never knew there was a janators closets with a broken light on the second floor but taht
